STEMCELL Technologies Human Peripheral Blood Gamma Delta T Cells, Frozen
Gamma delta T cells (TCRγδ+CD3+) are isolated from peripheral blood using negative immunomagnetic separation and cryopreserved in animal component-free CryoStor®CS10 medium (Catalog #07930). Cells are obtained using Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms and protocols. Additional documentation, high-resolution HLA typing (Class I and Class II alleles), and viral screening status are available upon request. Acid-citrate-dextrose solution A (ACDA) is added during collection as an anticoagulant.

Human Primary Ovarian Microvascular Tumor-Associated Endothelial Cells from Cell Biologics are isolated from human ovarian tumor tissue and grown in gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask with Cell Biologics’ Complete Growth Medium. Cells at passage 3 are harvested from flasks and cryo-preserved in vials. Each vial contains 0.5x106 cells per ml and is delivered frozen. Human Primary Ovarian Microvascular Tumor-Associated Endothelial Cells are characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibodies of CD31 (Catalog No. 550389, BD), CD31/PECAM-1 (Catalog No. FAB3567P, R&D), VE-Cadherin (FITC-VE-cadherin, Catalog No. 560411, BD), or use of fluorescence-labeled acetylated low-density lipoprotein (DiI-Ac-LDL) uptake (Catalog No. L-35353, Invitrogen), a functional marker for Tumor-Associated Endothelial Cells.
